Service Description
A comprehensive fertility preparation program designed for women who require stronger and more consistent support while preparing for IVF embryo transfer or addressing persistent fertility challenges. Each session includes Fertility Oil Treatment, Fertility Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Womb Position Check to support circulation, womb warmth and overall reproductive wellness. This program also includes 6 bottles of freshly brewed Fertility Juice to support internal womb health and 2 complimentary Thermotherapy treatments to enhance warmth and circulation in the reproductive area. With extended sessions over a longer treatment period, this program provides more intensive support to strengthen reproductive circulation, improve womb environment and optimise the body for IVF embryo transfer. Sessions are typically recommended once or twice weekly in the weeks leading up to embryo transfer to support optimal body preparation. *For clients with a shorter preparation timeframe, additional Thermotherapy treatments may be advised to further support womb warmth and circulation before IVF transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Policies These Terms & Policies apply to all services and packages provided by Maternal & Fertility Retreat, operated by Maternal & Fertility Retreat Care Pte Ltd (UEN: 202609327D). Agreement to Terms By proceeding with the purchase of any service or package from Maternal & Fertility Retreat, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms & Policies stated below. Booking All appointments are by advance booking and subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment slot. Services are conducted at the client’s location. Package Policy Packages are designed to support consistency throughout your fertility, prenatal or postnatal journey. Clients are encouraged to utilise sessions within the recommended treatment period for optimal results. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made. Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. If a session cannot proceed due to therapist illness, unavailability or unforeseen circumstances on our side, the session will be rescheduled without affecting the remaining sessions. For medical reasons such as doctor’s advice, pregnancy complications, bed rest or hospitalisation, reasonable extensions may be considered upon discussion. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the session being counted as utilised. Therapist Arrival As services are conducted at clients’ homes across Singapore, please allow a 15–30 minute grace period for therapist arrival due to traffic conditions or delays from a previous appointment. Session Preparation Clients are requested to prepare a comfortable space for the session and provide clean towels as advised by our therapist to maintain proper hygiene. On-Site Cancellation If the therapist arrives at the scheduled location and the client is unavailable or the session cannot proceed without prior notice, the session may be considered utilised. Treatment Suitability Clients should inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy complications or doctor’s advice prior to the session. We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable. Policy Updates Maternal & Fertility Retreat reserves the right to update these policies when necessary.
